Debbie Frith joins the team as our second franchisee, working in the Poole, Blandford and Wimborne area. Completing her intensive training in January and February, she’ll be ready for ‘launch’ on 1st March 2016.

Debbie has been running businesses for many years and has a wealth of experience in managing people, planning for growth and creating efficient operations. She has a passion for business and doing things exceptionally well, and loves nothing more than to roll up her sleeves and get stuck in to the cut and thrust.
Debbie found The Passionate PA through answering an advertisement we placed for an Event Planning Assistant. At first sight of Debbie’s CV it was more than obvious her capabilities exceeded those needed to be an exceptional Event Planner…
Kate says “I have been running a pilot franchise for a few years now to test our business model, Debbie has made contact at just the right time to become our first fully operational franchise following The Passionate PA model. I’m so excited to help her business grow. She has some brilliant skills and experience and will be an asset to the team for sure!”
Debbie added “I’ve known for a while that I wanted to try something different. However, with such a wide range of experiences under my belt it was tricky to pin down what sort of employed position I really wanted. Then I saw the ad for The Passionate PA and it’s been a fabulous whirlwind ever since! I’m very excited at the prospect of launching my own business but so relieved I can do it with all the support and encouragement Kate is able to offer.”
Debbie’s greatest skills lie in Administration, Organisation, Sales and Marketing, although throughout her career has been fortunate enough to experience nearly all elements of business. Debbie is passionate about business operations and best practice and raring to get started.
