Legal stuff

Oooh dear – the serious bit. Well, The Passionate PA tries to make everything as simple as possible. The aim of the game is to provide an exceptional service at a reasonable cost, with clear terms. All delivered with Passion. Maybe even tied with a bow!

Confidentiality

The Passionate PA loves to feel she’s done a good job. In a perfect world, she’d love you to say that she’s fabulous and that she’s welcome to tell everyone that you said so. But above all else, The Passionate PA respects people’s privacy. The details of the work that The Passionate PA has carried out for you will remain a closely guarded secret and comments made or letters of commendation written will only be reproduced with the express consent of the author. If you don’t want anybody to know that you use our services, then fingers will remain tightly on lips! The only people who can overrule the decision are the boys in blue. The Passionate PA can do many things, but she doesn’t mess with the law!

The Passionate PA will have no concerns about signing a Confidentiality Agreement and even has a standard one that can be tweaked according to your requirements.

Liability

The Passionate PA has a phrase “the devil’s in the detail” that we like to use a little too often! It goes without saying that we will try her utmost to provide a slick, professional and error free service. However the following applies to all our work:

*The Passionate PA cannot be held liable for errors or omissions
*The Passionate PA is not responsible for obtaining the appropriate copyright permissions.
*The Passionate PA is not responsible for any items that are lost in the post or with a courier.

The Passionate PA makes that bit very easy – You can pay by BACS, Internet Banking Transfer or Cash.
