WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING THE PASSIONATE PA?

We offer a flexible service that can be tailored to suit your needs. We save you time, often allowing you to focus on more profitable areas of your business (or life) and, because we are really good at what we do, we are quick – so it’s a really cost effective way to manage your workload – what might take you 4 hours, may only take us 2! THE SERVICE I WANT ISN’T LISTED; DOES THAT MEAN YOU DON’T DO IT?

Nope. Call us, ask. You’ll be amazed what we’ve been asked. We can’t list everything, there’s enough content on here already!

HOW MUCH DOES A PASSIONATE PA COST?

We have a sliding scale between £22 and £40 per hour depending on the skill and experience required to undertake a particular task. We offer Passion Packages (retainers basically) and Project Fees too for one off jobs. You are most welcome to ask us to quote for the job you have in mind.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept bank transfer, and our payment terms are on receipt of invoice. In some circumstances we will accept cheques. We are not currently VAT registered.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

Absolutely not. None. Ever! We quote for your work and keep you up to date on the costs at every stage. We charge postage and some mileage at cost but we will always tell you beforehand.

WHO USES THE PASSIONATE PA?

Anyone with a BIG ‘to do’ list, limitations on their time and a real appreciation for outsourcing to qualified, experienced, positive people.

CAN I MEET YOU FIRST?

Of course. Give us a call and a little indication of the work you need and your location, and we’ll arrange for the right Passionate PA to come and meet you over a cup of coffee. No obligation, no charge.

WHERE DO YOU WORK?

Our Passionate PAs are currently based in Dorset, Somerset and Devon. We can work in your office or ours. Our head office is in Milton Abbas, Dorset - visits by arrangement only please as we hate unscheduled interruptions :- )

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF BUSINESS?

We don’t really have any. If you need us, we will be there. In practice we tend to work mostly between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Fridays but, if requested we’ll absolutely work outside these times at no increased price. (This doesn’t mean we answer the phone at midnight though…)

HOW DO I CONTACT THE RIGHT PASSIONATE PA FOR ME?

You can look at the about us pages and work out who’s in your area or has the expertise you are looking for – or you can call head office on 03 3000 20 200 (local rate) and we’ll do the rest.

DO YOU HAVE A CLIENT IN MY SECTOR?

Possibly, and we will happily disclose this information if we believe it is of relevance to you. We NEVER have the same Passionate PA working on two competitor businesses. That’s just silly! Your Passionate PA will become ingrained in your business, a new pair of eyes and ears. We simply don’t believe we could do an equally brilliant job for two competing businesses so it’s a rule in our business that we simply abide by.
